        What is myHPcloud?

myHPcloud is a file hosting service operated by the American company Amaryllo Inc., headquartered in Irvine, California, US that offers cloud storage, personal cloud, and client software. Sign up for a free 10GB account and start accessing and sharing photos, documents, and other files from any device.

How can I get more free space?

myHPcloud provides an initial 10GB of free cloud storage to help you begin your journey. Additionally, we are actively working on a referral program that will soon allow users to earn extra storage space at no cost.

How do I apply a voucher code?

If you do not have a myHPcloud account: To redeem a voucher code, simply visit the myhpcloud page https://home.myhpcloud.com and select the “Redeem Voucher” tab. You will be prompted to enter your name, email, password, and country as well as the 16-digit voucher code.

If you already have a myHPcloud account:

        1. Log in here

        2. Click on the account icon in the top right corner

        3. Select “upgrade”

        4. Choose “I have a voucher” at the top

        5. Then enter your 16-digit voucher code

How do I cancel my monthly / yearly subscription?

To cancel your monthly or yearly subscription, log in to your account and go to "Delete my account" in the settings. Alternatively, reach out to our support team at support@myhpcloud.com for assistance. Please note that once you delete your account, files stored in it will be erased.

Will you renew my monthly or yearly subscription automatically?

After your initial subscription ends, we'll automatically renew it every month or year (depending on your initial choice) at the same rate you were charged before, unless you opt for a different subscription or cancel before the renewal date.

How do I upgrade my storage size?

Upgrading your plan is simple for users with both monthly and annual cloud subscriptions. Your existing account is prorated, making it easy to make upgrades in your account's billing section. If you're on the one-time payment plan, you can increase your storage by choosing your desired capacity in the billing section.

What happens when I stop paying or if my credit card expires?

This procedure only pertains to users on either a monthly or yearly subscription plan. In the event that the credit card charge is unsuccessful, account holders have a 30-day grace period to re-enable their service. During this interval, account holders cannot upload content, but all other functions remain accessible. After 30 days, the user's account is reverted back to 10GB, and any surplus files are deleted.

What happens if I upgrade my subscription before the end of my billing period?

Users upgrading to a new monthly or yearly subscription will immediately begin a new billing cycle after purchase. Existing accounts will be prorated for the current month/year. Lifetime upgrades will be available soon. For more information, please contact us at support@myhpcloud.com or visit our terms of service page.

Will I lose my files if I did not renew my subscription immediately?

If for any reason the payment was declined, you will no longer be able to upload any files onto myHPcloud. In addition, all files under your account will be removed after 30 calendar days.

What happens if I reach/exceed my storage limit?

If a storage limit has been reached, files can no longer be uploaded to the cloud. Excess files may be kept for 30 days, but will promptly be removed after the time expires.

        Is there an upload limit?

There is no daily upload limit.

How can I see how much space I have in my account?

The existing storage plan and the amount of remaining storage can be viewed by selecting the account icon in the top right corner of the page.

If I share myHPcloud with my family, will they see my content?

No. Members under your storage space will not be able to see each other's photos, files, or documents.
